Pirk Me Up with Facelove Giveaway
Giveaway Period: The giveaway opens on April 2, 2024, and closes on April 12, 2024. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.
Drawing Date: The winner will be drawn on April 15, 2024, using a random selection method and recorded. Details of the draw will be announced closer to the date.

Non-Endorsement of Non-Surgical Treatments: PIRK SERVICES PTY LTD promotes informed decision-making guided by qualified medical professionals. We do not specifically endorse non-surgical treatments.
Partnership Disclosure: PIRK SERVICES PTY LTD and Facelove have an agreement wherein no fee is charged for a skin consultation provided to participants of this survey. Should a participant decide to proceed with a treatment, PIRK SERVICES PTY LTD will receive a marketing and administration fee from Facelove, which is 50% of their usual fee.
Treatment Agreement: Any treatments undertaken with Facelove are strictly between Facelove and the client. Pirk SERVICES PTY LTD does not influence the treatment decisions; these are solely at the discretion of the client post-consultation.
Client Relationship: Participants in the giveaway will become PIRK SERVICES PTY LTD’s clients but can opt out at any time.
Product Suitability: The skincare range offered as part of the giveaway is from Facelove’s general range and is designed to be suitable for most people. However, we recommend discussing your specific skin needs with Facelove to ensure the products are appropriate for you.
Eligibility: Must be over 18 and live in Australia
Limitation of Liability: PIRK SERVICES PTY LTD and Facelove are not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments or products. Participants are encouraged to discuss their health history and concerns with Facelove before undergoing any treatment or using any product.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email & SMS within 14 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days to claim the prize, a new winner will be selected.
Consent to Publicity: By entering, participants consent to PIRK SERVICES PTY LTD using their name and/or image for promotional purposes in the event they are the winner, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
