What exactly does Pirk do?
Pirk is an independent cosmetic surgery concierge. We research surgeons across Australia using public registers and our own database, lay your options out side by side, and manage the admin from your first enquiry through consultations and recovery. Pirk is not a clinic and does not perform surgery.
What does Pirk cost?
Clients pay us directly, from $149 to $899 depending on how much support you want. Surgeons never pay us. On your call we'll tell you honestly which level fits, or if you don't need us yet.
Can I pay for surgery with a payment plan?
Yes. Payment plans are available through TLC from $2,000 to $70,000, over 24 to 84 months, and checking your eligibility doesn't affect your credit score. TLC is the credit provider, not Pirk, and a full credit and financial assessment applies before any offer.
What happens on the call?
It's 15 minutes with a Pirk concierge. We listen to where you're up to, answer your questions and explain how we can help. There's no obligation, and deciding not to go ahead is a fine outcome.
How long does it all take?
Telling us where you're up to takes about 2 minutes, and the first call is 15 minutes. After that the timeline is set with you. Some people want their comparison quickly, others are planning months ahead. You'll always know what happens next.
Will Pirk tell me which surgeon to choose?
No. We research your options against what matters to you and lay them out clearly. We don't rank surgeons or tell you what to decide. The choice is always yours, and anything medical is a conversation for you, your GP and your surgeon.
What procedures do you cover?
Cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures including breast augmentation, mastopexy (breast lift), reduction, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), facelift and gynaecomastia surgery. If yours isn't listed, ask us on your call.

Is Pirk a medical service?
No. Pirk is a research, comparison and support service. We don't give medical advice or assess whether surgery is suitable for you. Every practitioner we research is registered with AHPRA, and you can check anyone on the public register yourself.
