They tend to look and feel more natural as they are lighter, but the incision is usually slightly larger in comparison to saline implants. Saline implants are usually less expensive, but they are often a little more noticeable than silicone implants. Saline implants are firmer, they often have a fuller look, and they are a little on the heavy side, in comparison to silicone implants. Choosing your surgeon is possibly the biggest decision you may make, though granted it’s often not much fun.
