  3. 1. Offer applies to consultations booked between December 2nd and December 17th, 2024, as part of Pirk’s 12 Days of Christmas Offer.

  5. 2. Offer is limited to one client per business day who mentions the offer and successfully books their consultation on that day.

  7. 3. Consultation must be scheduled between December 2024 and March 2025 for one or more of the following procedures:
  8. – Blepharoplasty
  9. – Breast procedures
  10. – Brachioplasty
  11. – Thigh lift
  12. – Full body lift
  13. – Abdominoplasty
  14. – Face lift or mini face lift
  15. – Brow lift
  16. – Liposuction
  17. – Neck lift
  18. – Rhinoplasty
  19. – Or a combination of the above
  21. 4. Consultations must be face-to-face with a qualified Plastic Surgeon within the Pirk network.

  23. 5. The client must pay the consultation fee directly to the surgeon and submit a valid receipt to Pirk for reimbursement.

  25. 6. Reimbursement is contingent upon receipt submission and verification by Pirk.

  27. 7. Cancellations or no-shows will forfeit eligibility for reimbursement.

  29. 8. Offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

  31. 9. Pirk reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
